Blood Brothers

I went to see a show called Blood Brothers. Mummy's boss Adam gave us the tickets and we saw him at the theatre. Mummy and Adam used to work on this show. It was about 2 twin brothers who lived very different lives and they meet together when they were little and they prick their finger because they had the same birthday and then when they're older they start not liking each other as much as when they were little and at the end they died because then one of the brothers killed the other one and because police were there they killed the other one so they both died.

We got really good seats in the front row and it was the last day so I think they tried their hardest to do their best this time, and it was really good. My favourite bit was when they found out they were blood brothers. At the end most of the cast cried and it had been going on for 24 years so they showed some photos of people that used to work on it and the person that produced it was bill kenwright and he came on the stage and said lots of thank yous to all of the people. I hope you like these photos that we took of it.

  1. Wow, brilliant Alyssa. I actually saw it 24 yrs ago and worked about 15 yrs ago with Warwick Evans who was playing the Narrator the night you saw it I think. He was also playing the Narrator 24 yrs ago! A great show and what an amazing run it has had...but at least the phoenix theatre can have a new show in it now!

  3. I remember when I was young, many of us would prick our fingers causing them to bleed and then we would rub our fingers together. After blending our blood this way we called ourselves blood brother's/sisters.
This is not something anyone should do these days.
