Nails and Burn The Floor!

Yesterday I went to Westfield and I got my nails done. I got a pinky-reddish nail varnish with glitter on top. Here's a photo. What do you think? Please comment. 

Last week I went to a new show called Burn The Floor. It was all about dancing and there were 3 people from Strictly Come Dancing. The people were Robin, Kristina and Karen. My favourite dancer was a lady called Janette. My favourite part was when they were all dancing together on stage. It's a great show to see and you NEED to see it. www.burnthefloor.com

Before the show, Mummy and I had dinner in Byron. Delicious! 

Busy Christmastime

Sorry it's been a long time since I've been writing but it's been so busy with Christmas for me! I have done a lot of fun things, like a party at my friend Effie's house, went ice skating with my friends for my friend Suki's birthday, and went ice skating again with my school! 

I also got a winter vomiting bug which was not very nice. And it was at a weekend!

I got some cool presents  for Christmas like Box of Shocks,  Booms Bangs and Fizzes, Face Mask Laboratory, Lego Friends and a Furby. Father Christmas sent me a really cool video and he talked about loads of cool stuff but I won't tell you just in case he sends you a video. 

I went to see the pantomime Aladdin, in St Albans, which our friend Stuart was in as the Emperor. My favourite moment was when the Genie sang 'Gangnam Style'. I got to go backstage, and there was a fun zone, and they had racing motorbikes. I saw all the custard pies which some of the characters get hit with. I also met Mister Maker, who does a programme on Cbeebies. He asked for my autograph! 

Then we went to Winter Wonderland, with Kerry, Chris, Brooke and Taya. We went in really cool haunted houses, which was epic. In the Haunted houses they had mirror mazes but we needed to ask for help to get out because we were getting a bit too muddled and Brooke hit her nose. Me and my cousins shared some candy floss but I wish we had one each because it was so good!

Blood Brothers

I went to see a show called Blood Brothers. Mummy's boss Adam gave us the tickets and we saw him at the theatre. Mummy and Adam used to work on this show. It was about 2 twin brothers who lived very different lives and they meet together when they were little and they prick their finger because they had the same birthday and then when they're older they start not liking each other as much as when they were little and at the end they died because then one of the brothers killed the other one and because police were there they killed the other one so they both died. 

 

We got really good seats in the front row and it was the last day so I think they tried their hardest to do their best this time, and it was really good. My favourite bit was when they found out they were blood brothers. At the end most of the cast cried and it had been going on for 24 years so they showed some photos of people that used to work on it and the person that produced it was bill kenwright and he came on the stage and said lots of thank yous to all of the people. I hope you like these photos that we took of it. 

Hindleap Warren

My school went on a trip to a place called Hindleap Warren which is in Sussex. It was a special place where you have to do lots of activities including pool canoeing, rock climbing, high adventure and map orienteering. My favourite part was Forest Adventure. You had to put mud on your face to be camouflaged and you have to break twigs and pretend they're antlers so a bear can't drop on top of you. We had to go through a really long stream which was very fun but it got loads of water and leaves in my wellies. I'm glad I had waterproof trousers because the state of them were really mucky. 

The food was quite nice but I think everyone enjoyed it the most on the last day because we got fish and chips! They were really, really yummy. 

We stayed 4 nights and I shared a room with Suki, Chloe, Fatima, Aya and Klareze. I think everyone enjoyed it but the only bit some people probably didn't like was the mud (one of those people were me). 

On Monday I had a Halloween party. Some of my friends came over to my house and we played a lot of games like bobbing apples, and another one where you put your face in a bowl of sugar to get sweets. 

Then on Wednesday we went trick or treating in Soho with my friend called Suki. My mum and Nikki and Suki's mum got dressed up too. We got loads of treats, even a cookie from Ben's cookies and a macaroon from Patisserie Valerie. But Hotel Chocolat was closed :( Some people even stopped us to take our photos!!!

On Thursday 25 October it was Matilda The Musical's first anniversary and I got to go. I was lucky enough to go and see it. Because my mum works on it, I got to go in a VIP section. I saw a celebrity, it was Tim Minchin, he wrote it. I sat at the piano with him and had some pictures taken with him. I was really excited to see him, he was really cool. Here are the pictures of us at the VIP section. I almost forgot to say that I really loved the show and I want to see it a lot more times (but that was my sixth time seeing it).
